Landsberg DAG concentration subcamp

As of February 1945, some 100 Jewish women from the Landsberg/Kaufering concentration subcamp complex were transferred to Dynamit AG in Landsberg as forced labourers. In the “Landsberg DAG labour unit” they formed part of the on-site ammunition production that was under development, and had to fill cartridge casings with gun powder.

It has been proven that ten male prisoners were also transferred to the DAG concentration subcamp in early April 1945. Following the evacuation 105 prisoners from the concentration subcamp reached Dachau concentration camp on 27 April.
